Dr. Brenda McDonnell, Au.D.
Owner/Doctor of Audiology
Brenda McDonnell, Au.D., CCC-A, owner, is licensed in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) degrees from the University of South Alabama. After 13 years of practicing in Alabama and Florida, she completed her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Salus University in 2003. She has more than 30 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing and general care of hearing-impaired patients.
Dr. Shelby Hoffmeyer, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Shelby Hoffmeyer completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders and her Doctor of Audiology from Auburn University. Dr. Hoffmeyer is a Pensacola, FL native who specializes in diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid technology. She completed her residency in the greater Atlanta area and began working at McDonnell Hearing Solutions in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, being with her family and friends, and traveling.
Shawn McDonnell, HAS
Hearing Aid Specialist
Shawn has worked with McDonnell Hearing Solutions full-time since 2019. He began as a Patient Care Coordinator and worked his way up in the company. He recently completed his coursework and passed the International Licensing Examination for Hearing Care Professionals. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his friends, at the gym, and with his dog Bear.
